At Tasty Notch, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Returns

Due to the nature of food products, honey products are generally non-returnable once delivered.

However, returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

• Product received is damaged
• Product received is leaking
• Wrong product delivered
• Product package is tampered with during transit

Reporting an Issue

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by providing:

• Order Number
• Photos of the product
• Description of the issue

Refunds

After verification:

• Full refund may be issued to the original payment method, or
• Replacement product may be shipped

Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect shipping address provided by customer
• Products consumed or opened after delivery
• Delayed delivery due to courier issues beyond our control
